Job Description
- We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy RMC Plant Head for Ready Mix Concrete Plant at Vadodara to help us build up our business activities.
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Production planning and monitoring of entire production operations of ready mix concrete plant.
- Proper communicate with Plant operators, Technician and Pump Incharge to ensure equipment are properly maintained.
- Maintain raw material and inventory as per production plan.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better cost saving in daily production.
- Must have experience in RMC Plant production,QC and sales.
