Job Description

Responsibilities:

Installation of Ro all kinds of Ro service .

Installation of new ro and providing service of all kinds of Ro water purifier .

Know all kinds of Ro knowledge and able to work hard.

Install water purifier and troubleshooting at customer residence

Repair and maintenance of water purifier

Advise customers on installation set up

The candidate will have to service purifiers and should carry a tool kit as well as spare parts

He will have to make calls to the customers for availability and should be dressed properly and well behaved

Attend Customer Service Request/Complaint minimum 85% to be completed by same day, Documentation of all activities on the field as per the company process

To raise the bill as per MRP of spares and ensure the payment collected from customers are submitted to company the same day.

Renew Annual Maintenance Contract from In-Warranty & In Contract customer 30 days prior to the end date of Warranty/ Contract.

Follow up with a customer who has not renewed

If candidate have more skills then more payment with suitable skills.
