Robotics Field Engineer - Male Candidate
Job Description
Location: Tamil Nadu (Travel to all districts)
Salary Package: ₹25,000/month + allowances (negotiable)
Experience: Minimum 1 year (Fresher with strong skills can also apply)
Key Skills Required:
Basic coding knowledge
Python programming fundamentals
Hands-on experience with Arduino
Travel Requirement:
Candidate must be willing and able to travel across all districts in Tamil Nadu as part of the job.
Key Responsibilities
1. Installation & Deployment
-
Travel to customer locations to perform on-site installation of robotic systems (industrial arms, mobile robots, service bots, etc.).

Conduct system wiring, calibration, sensor alignment, and safety checks during deployment.

Coordinate with internal teams for system readiness, configuration files, and robot commissioning.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting
-
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic systems and control panels.

Diagnose technical issues in sensors, controllers, motors, and software logic through systematic debugging.

Replace damaged or faulty components (wires, sensors, actuators, boards) and recalibrate systems.

Submit site visit and service reports post-maintenance.
3. Client Coordination and Support

Interact directly with clients’ technical teams, production managers, or automation heads.

Train client operators or technicians on safe operation and first-level maintenance of robotic systems.

Respond to customer queries via phone/email and resolve field issues promptly.

Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company on client premises with integrity.
4. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of site visits, deployment checklists, issue logs, and spare part usage.

Generate technical reports, photos/videos of installations, and submit documentation to the internal support team.

Assist in updating user manuals or FAQs based on real-time feedback.
5. Team Collaboration

Work closely with the R&D, design, and software teams to implement changes based on field insights.

Provide feedback on hardware design, field conditions, and component reliability.

Participate in field testing of prototypes and provide technical data to engineers.
