Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and organizing guest rooms and hotel premises to ensure a comfortable and hygienic stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
1. Room Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean, dust, and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors.

Change bed linens, pillow covers, and towels regularly.

Restock room supplies like toiletries, water bottles, coffee kits, and stationery.

Ensure proper vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors.

Report maintenance issues like broken fixtures, malfunctioning lights, or plumbing problems.
2. Guest Service & Satisfaction
-
Greet guests politely when encountered during cleaning duties.

Respond to guest requests for extra amenities such as towels, pillows, or toiletries.

Ensure rooms are well-presented and guest-ready before check-in.

Handle lost and found items responsibly and report them to the supervisor.
3. Hygiene & Safety Standards

Follow hotel safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.

Use proper cleaning agents and chemicals safely and effectively.

Dispose of trash and soiled linens appropriately.
-
Ensure proper handling of guest belongings while cleaning rooms.
4. Inventory & Stock Management
-
Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linens.

Inform the housekeeping supervisor when inventory needs replenishment.

Assist in sorting, folding, and organizing laundry when required.
5. Coordination & Reporting
-
Work closely with the housekeeping supervisor and front desk to manage room statuses.

Update room cleaning completion details in the hotel’s housekeeping system.

Report any damages, missing items, or unusual incidents immediately.
