- Young, Independent, Passionate individuals who can lead the sales and marketing of our SAAS solutions targeted for MSMEs.
- For us a leader is not someone who has a lot of experience or can make big plans and manage large teams, but on the contrary someone who believes in the vision, charts an independent path to achieve it, leads by example.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Location: Bangalore
Compensation: As per Market Standards (Includes Fixed+Incentives)
Skills & Experience:
- Good communication and presentation skills [Mandatory]
- Hands-on with powerpoint, excel, word, email [Mandatory]
- Commitment, Hardwork, Resilience, Perseverance [Mandatory]
- Prior software sales experience [Preferable]
- SAAS sales experience [Preferable]
- B2B sales experience [Preferable]
- We are specifically looking for young leaders, so urging people with > 3yrs experience not to apply
- B-school freshers may apply but will work as an intern prior to full-time confirmation
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Have a strong ability for research and scout for new prospects
- Sourcing new sales leads through outbound calling and email interactions
- Diligent follow-ups of qualified leads (over phone, email, in-person contact) with objective to take them to sales closure
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts
