Job Description
A Digital Scientific Partner drives digital transformation in R&D or clinical settings by bridging scientific, clinical, or manufacturing teams with IT. They identify, implement, and manage digital tools, platforms, and AI solutions to optimize workflows, improve data quality, and accelerate research, often managing vendor relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Digital Transformation: Partner with R&D, clinical supply (DSCS), or manufacturing functional leaders to develop and execute digital strategies that increase productivity and value.
Data Integrity & Connectivity: Ensure data consistency, quality, and availability across platforms, including validation and monitoring in collaboration with data engineers.
Project Management & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital tools, from identifying needs to deploying solutions (e.g., in labs, manufacturing).
Scientific Subject Matter Expertise: Apply domain knowledge to enhance AI/ML models, develop domain-specific questions, or analyze data in specialized fields (e.g., chemistry, neuroscience).
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for data asset users.
Compliance & Innovation: Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and regulatory guidelines, while scanning for new digital trends (AI/LLM
