About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Administrator Intern to support our sales team in managing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales coordination, updating database, and client communication while developing key skills in business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing and managing sales documents, quotations, contracts, and invoices.
- Maintain and update customer databases accurately.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure timely delivery of sales activities.
- Support in preparing sales performance reports, dashboards.
- Handle client queries and redirect them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Track and follow up on sales leads, proposals, and purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain sales records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Provide administrative support during sales meetings, events, and client calls.
Skills Required:
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
