Job Description

Job Title: Sales Advisor
Job Location: Noida Sector 2
Experience Required: 0 to 2 years
Salary: 10k to 13k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 100 to 150 calls per day to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and convince them to purchase properties.
  • Handle client queries and provide detailed information on property options.
  • Actively close deals by guiding clients through the property buying process.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers (final year students) or individuals with 2 years of sales experience are welcome to apply.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and targets.
  • Basic client handling skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
