Job Description
Job Title: Sales Advisor
Job Location: Noida Sector 2
Experience Required: 0 to 2 years
Salary: 10k to 13k
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100 to 150 calls per day to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and convince them to purchase properties.
- Handle client queries and provide detailed information on property options.
- Actively close deals by guiding clients through the property buying process.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Eligibility:
- Freshers (final year students) or individuals with 2 years of sales experience are welcome to apply.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and targets.
- Basic client handling skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
