Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Undertake customer calling to explain the product Feature Advantages & Benefits
2. Resolve all the queries/objections of the customers
3. Following up with the customer and facilitate for completion of transaction
4. All Calls made to the customer and respective feedback to be tagged in the system/equivalent software.
5. Undertake calling for any special campaigns that DPLI would wish to run through its in-house tele-calling setup.
Eligibility:
- Qualification:
Graduate in any stream
- 6 month to 3 year experience in either Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Care or BPO
- Excellent
communication skills in English and Hindi
- Outbound calls
experience.
- Mandatory Experience in Insurance.
- Basic Operation Knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word
