Sales & Business Development Intern

About StepSTEM
StepSTEM is a STEM education startup focused on hands-on robotics, coding, and project-based learning for students. We are looking for an energetic and proactive intern to join our team and help us expand our presence across schools and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls and conduct outreach to school principals, management, coordinators, and other decision-makers.
• Reach out to schools, colleges, placement cells, E-Cells, and other educational institutions to generate opportunities.
• Generate leads, maintain follow-ups, schedule meetings, and support the sales process.
• Visit schools and institutions for meetings, demonstrations, workshops, and partnership discussions.
• Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies to increase StepSTEM's reach and customer base.
• Work closely with the founding team on business development, partnerships, and new growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking on calls and interacting with school representatives.
• Comfortable with cold calling, field visits, and travelling for meetings.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
• Students and freshers with an interest in sales, startups, entrepreneurship, education, or business development are welcome to apply.
