Job Description
- Achieving sales target primary or secondary through his sales team.
- Possess strong leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of markets sales and processes.
- Strategizing sales and helping team in optimum utilization of promotional plans to achieve sales target.
- Strengthening Brand equity through promotional activities at institutions, emerging modern trade like Spencer, food- bazaar and retail.
- Effective implementation of distribution network.
- Keeping a high level of vigil and reporting a feedback on competitor’s activity within the area of operation.
- Motivating, developing, directing, and sometime delegating responsibilities to team member to build in sense of volvement and responsibility to achieve team goals.
- Delivers & maintains timelines & accuracy in reports sending.
- Has ability and good experience in product launching.
- Is strong in communication, interpersonal and functional skills.
