Job Description
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify potential customers and industries for company products.

Conduct field visits, online meetings, and demos for product promotion.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Technical Consultation & Product Presentation

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machine/product solutions.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how products meet client needs.

Coordinate with the design/engineering team for custom requirements.
Quotation & Order Management
-
Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimations.
-
Negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms with customers.
-
Convert inquiries into orders and ensure timely follow-up.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
-
Conduct competitor analysis and share market trends with the management.
-
Provide feedback on customer preferences, upcoming projects, and product improvements.
Post-Sales Support
-
Coordinate with the service/support team for after-sales service.
-
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any technical or commercial issues.
Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain CRM records, customer database, and sales reports.

Provide regular updates to management on pipeline and achievements.

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering

Experience: 2–5 years in technical or industrial sales, preferably in machinery, tools, or automation products

Skills Required:

Strong technical understanding of mechanical/electrical systems

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
