Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation

Identify potential clients and generate sales leads through market research, networking, and digital platforms.

Conduct cold calls, emails, and client meetings to introduce company products and services.

Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Marketing Campaign Management

Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

Design and distribute marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.

Monitor campaign performance and analyze ROI, engagement, and lead generation effectiveness.

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand visibility across channels.
3. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Handle client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

5. Proposal & Presentation Management

Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client proposals.
6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of client interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance and marketing campaign results.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including leads generated, deals closed, and revenue achieved.
