Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients and generate sales leads through market research, networking, and digital platforms.

  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and client meetings to introduce company products and services.

  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Marketing Campaign Management

  • Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

  • Design and distribute marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.

  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze ROI, engagement, and lead generation effectiveness.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand visibility across channels.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Handle client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Collect feedback and relay insights to internal teams for service or product improvements.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.

  • Provide insights to management for strategic planning, product positioning, and marketing strategies.

  • Track competitor campaigns, pricing, and promotions to stay ahead in the market.

5. Proposal & Presentation Management

  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

  • Effectively communicate product benefits, ROI, and company solutions.

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to secure deals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client proposals.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain records of client interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance and marketing campaign results.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including leads generated, deals closed, and revenue achieved.

  • Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies and procedures.

7. Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and business objectives.

  • Participate in team meetings to share insights, learnings, and client feedback.

  • Support other team members in achieving overall sales and marketing goals.

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and goal-oriented work environment.
