Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct product/service presentations and sales pitches.

Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Marketing Strategy & Brand Promotion

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract customers.

Promote the company’s products/services through digital and traditional marketing.

Collaborate with the design team to create brochures, social media content, and promotional materials.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Research competitors and suggest pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.

Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and preferences.
4. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain and update sales reports, CRM databases, and client records.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Product, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
