Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing marketing campaigns, and increasing the company’s market presence. The role combines both sales and marketing functions, and the successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team and sales department to increase revenue and brand awareness.

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, executing marketing strategies, and nurturing client relationships. The role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation and Lead Management:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s products or services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Follow up with leads and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and regularly update sales progress.

2. Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management:

Assist in the development of marketing strategies, ensuring they align with business goals.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional materials and advertisements.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and insights for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.

3. Brand Awareness and Promotion:

Work to increase brand awareness through targeted marketing initiatives.
Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase the company’s products or services.
Coordinate with influencers, partners, and other marketing channels to promote the brand.
Create engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, newsletters) to maintain and grow the company’s online presence.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts to encourage repeat business.
Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional manner.
Implement customer retention strategies to enhance loyalty and improve client satisfaction.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments to strategies based on performance data.
Provide insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Assist in budget planning for sales and marketing activities and track expenses to ensure cost-effective campaigns.

6. Collaboration and Teamwork:

Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to align objectives and achieve company goals.
Assist in training new employees and share knowledge about market trends and sales techniques.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute ideas for process improvement.
