Job Overview
The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for generating leads, conducting property presentations, arranging site visits, and closing deals. The role also involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors.
Candidates must have a good understanding of the real estate market, property trends, and pricing strategies to effectively communicate the value of plots and farmlands to clients.
Key Responsibilities

Boosting Sales and Revenue

Actively promote and sell plots, farmlands, and properties.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets set by the organization.

Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, online campaigns, and telecalling.

Identify potential buyers through various marketing channels.
