Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Marketing Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
Manage social media platforms, website content, and email marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Work with the design and content team to create promotional content.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising is a plus.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
