Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to help drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and developing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer orientation, and a passion for achieving targets.
This is a dual-role position combining both sales and marketing responsibilities. It requires the ability to understand customer needs, promote products or services effectively, and contribute to marketing campaigns that support sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Activities

Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, field visits, or networking.

Present company products or services in a compelling way tailored to the customer’s needs.

Conduct product demonstrations and provide quotations or proposals.

Convert leads into customers through negotiation and effective follow-up.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Update the CRM system with customer interactions and sales progress.
3. Marketing Execution

Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns—online and offline.

Contribute to content creation for social media, emailers, and promotional material.

Support the marketing team in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, or local events.

Collect customer feedback to improve marketing messaging and product offerings.
4. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, customer behavior, and market demands.

Suggest product or service modifications based on market feedback.

Analyze performance data and share reports with management.

Collaborate with product teams for insights into customer preferences.
5. Collaboration & Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams like production, logistics, customer service, and finance.

Work closely with the digital marketing or branding teams to align campaigns with sales goals.

Share sales trends and competitor intelligence with the broader business team.
