Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through customer acquisition and sales.

• Explain and sell TATA AIG insurance products to customers.

• Handle leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.

• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and meetings.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals and customer servicing.

• Provide support to customers regarding policy-related queries.

Tata AIG offers general insurance products including motor, health, travel, home and commercial insurance.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Any Graduate / 12th pass depending on the position.

• Experience: 0–3 years in sales, insurance, BFSI, telecalling or customer-facing roles.

• Freshers with good communication and sales interest can also be considered.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer-oriented attitude.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable working with sales targets.

• Willingness to make customer calls and/or attend client meetings.
