Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Owning the complete sales cycle of the company and becoming a sales leader.
- Ability to take decisions and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Explain the product to the customer and close the lead.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets (Incentives for timely closures)
- Source new sales opportunities via social media marketing and reach out to these potential customers via phone, SMS and email.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospective customers
- Team up with channel and marketing partners to help achieve targets quickly
- Requirements
- Proven inbound and outbound sales experience
- Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Salary range 18k to 20k per month.
- Incentives of 5k to 7k per month based on sales performance.
- Bonus as per yearly performance
- Self-learning young start-up environment
- Options to earn equity depending upon sales performance.
