Job Description

Generate leads and bring in potential clients for loans, insurance, and mutual funds.

Promote and explain financial products to customers.

Assist clients in selecting suitable financial services based on their needs.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Work closely with the sales executive and management to meet business targets.

Minimum sales target of ₹20,00,000 per month.

Fixed salary of ₹20,000.

Additional incentives for sales above ₹20L (starting from ₹7,000 for ₹10L extra).

Strong communication & persuasion skills.

Basic knowledge of financial products (mutual funds, insurance, loans).

Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Consistent performance can lead to promotion to Sales Executive.
