Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
The role needs adept understanding of financial products and banking domain for a superlative performance.

 As a sales associate, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our revenue growth objectives.

 You must be comfortable facing overseas clients (Mostly U.S) and making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, and moving leads forward in the pipeline.

 You would be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and aggressive follow-ups.

 You should understand customer needs and requirements, route qualified opportunities, generate interest, close sales.

 You should be proactive at figuring out creative ways to reach out and smartly navigate your way to get in touch with decision-makers.

 Achieving incremental sales targets for specific product/service domain

 Ensure adherence to policy/procedures governing the process.

 Daily report generation and process compliance

 Knowledge of banking and financial industry preferred Requirements.

 Track record of over-achieving goals.

 Strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Works well within a team and independently.

 Past experience in facing U.S client understanding of trade finance would be a plus.

 Excellent spoken & written English.

 0-6 years sales experience (Freshers are welcome).

 Graduate/ Undergraduate both can apply.
