Responsibilities-
● Selected Executive’s day-to-day responsibilities will include tele-calling to potential leads.
● Lead conversion into final consumers.
● Understand their requirements and inform about the courses offered by Tsaaro Academy and assist in purchasing the course through website.
● Update the leads status on CRM and follow up on potential leads.
● Represent Tsaaro Academy while interacting with customers.
● Adhere to our response times and resolution times set.
● Must be able to deliver the assigned targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
