PT Intelligent Machines is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and help us identify potential customers, generate business opportunities, promote our software solutions, and build long-term client relationships.

This is a full-time, on-site position suitable for candidates who are interested in developing a career in software sales, business development, and client management.

You do not need to be a software developer. However, you should be comfortable learning about software products and explaining their business benefits to customers.

• Identify and contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.

• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable software solutions.

• Generate leads and convert qualified leads into customers.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features in simple business terms.

• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain lead records.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Coordinate with the technical team to understand requirements and prepare suitable solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales presentations.

• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.

• Maintain daily and weekly sales activity reports.

• Track opportunities from initial enquiry through closure and post-sales follow-up.

• Contribute ideas for improving sales and marketing activities.

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers, websites, software, or digital products.

• Ability to understand customer requirements.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

• Willingness to learn software products and business processes.
