Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable, persuasive, and customer-centric Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The Sales Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, helping them understand how our products or services can meet their needs and deliver value.
This role requires a combination of product expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships. As a Sales Consultant, you will work closely with clients to analyze their requirements, recommend solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement and Needs Analysis:

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts aligned with client needs and company policies.

Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Follow up diligently to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.
3. Product Expertise and Market Awareness:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry trends.

Stay informed about competitor offerings and market conditions.

Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on client insights.

Conduct product training and informational sessions for clients when needed.
4. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Collaborate with customer support and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and sales pipeline using CRM software.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to improve results.
6. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
