Job Description
-Contact clients by mail and phone
-Sending offers to client
-Prepare quotations and send to client.
-Prepare Proforma Invoice
-Follow up with clients for order confirmation
-Prepare Invoice and Follow up for payment and delivery
-Send special offers to clients as and when available
-Keep sending circulars and information to client
-Keep themselves up dated about products and offers from other suppliers.
Proficiency: In English. Hindi and other language will be an added advantage.
Computer Knowledge: Emailing, MS Office. Good in Excel and Self- Correspondence
