Job Description
- Facilitate team results
- Opportunities identified for other groups (Passed through CRM)
- Follow up in new accounts.
- Account Profiling /Mapping in CRM for the team.
- Sending quotes on behalf of Account Manager
- Coordinating with OEM's and works on their portal to fill data or opportunities.
- Customer/GH/Management escalations and feedback.
- Payment reminders to customer for own business.
- Arranging latest pricelist from distributors/local market/COS.
- Coordinating with logistics for shipment/order status.
- Filling OPF on behalf of account manager.
- Follow-up with installation team.
- Acknowledging to customers for all order received and update on shipment status.
- Day scheduling for team members.
- Keep a track of all pending OPFs /escalations.
- Maintaining ISO related records or training details.

Education B.Com, BA, M.Com, MBA/PGDM, 12th Pass (HSE)
