Job Summary
- Processing request for quotations and tenders, accurately and timely (before due date)
- Responding to customer queries related to offers
- Processing orders timely & accurately
- Correspond and follow up with principals for timely execution of orders
- Follow up with customer for required documents and confirmations to ensure smooth execution of order
- Responsible for Interfacing with Clients, Principal’s, distributors etc., and working as a team with the marketing personnel
- Record and update all MIS related to sales process
- Responsible for sharing information with the company regarding summary of new opportunities and competition, and preparing reports with account analysis.
- Responsible for resolving customers queries
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, Internet and coordination.
- Ability to collect data, organize and maintain a database.
- Highly responsible, cooperative and able to work independently and with initiative
