Key Responsibilities:-Cordinate with the sales team and production team with daily for sales and operational purposeCoordinate sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contractsMaintain and update customer and sales records in CRM systemsTrack sales performance, targets, and prepare regular reportsCommunicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiriesCoordinate with internal departments (marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillmentAssist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materialsSchedule meetings, follow-ups, and sales appointmentsHandle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessaryEnsure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
