• Handling order from E-commerce website
.• Answer telephones and respond to inquiries from clients and participants.
• Create, compile and export databases containing all information for each order.
• Process end-of-day reports.
• Process and file invoices from vendors.
• Answer potential clients’ questions about services.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Good data entry speed and are the most important requirements.
• One should be presentable and have a professional outlook.
• The role requires someone who is able to make regular outgoing calls on a given data and bring results and conversions.
• We require someone who is sincere, honest, and capable of handling work pressure.
• Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing.
