Job Description
1. Managing the complete Billings
2. Coordinate for the dispatches and installation
3. Co ordinate with other branches for the inventory
4. Responsible for the in house sales activities
6. Preparing the quotations for the requirements
7. Follow up for the orders and payments from the customers
8. Maintain the enquiry funnel and ensure proper follow ups
9. Maintain the various reports required for the company
10. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
11. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
12. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
13. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
