Job Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai

Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our steel manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in managing client orders, coordinating dispatches, ensuring timely communication with customers, and assisting in achieving sales targets. The role requires field visits; hence, owning a bike is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team, production, and dispatch departments to ensure timely delivery of steel products.
- Prepare and maintain sales records, order status reports, and client databases.
- Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and sales contracts for steel products.
- Follow up with customers for purchase orders, payment collections, and delivery schedules.
- Visit clients, distributors, and dealers for order follow-ups and relationship building.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt responses regarding product specifications, prices, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain communication between customers and the internal team to resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the sales team in meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:
- Male candidate with own two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (engineering background in metallurgy/mechanical preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in steel or manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of steel products, grades, and industry standards will be an advantage.
