Job Description

 Lead the showroom and online sales and ensure monthly targets are achieved. 
 Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations. 
 Monitor the customer feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 
 Track daily sales, prepare reports, and analyze sales trends. 
 Manage the online marketing and arrange shipments. 
 Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract potential customers. 
 Coordinate local advertising and promotions to increase brand awareness. 
 Collaborate with designers for creating in-store branding and visual merchandising materials.
 Manage the company’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Google Business. 
 Plan and post regular content—product photos, offers, customer stories, etc. 
 Respond to customer inquiries and leads received via social media.
 Monitor digital performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly 
 Prepare and distribute newsletters to engage and inform customers 
 Build and maintain a client database 
 Supervise the cleaning of the showroom & Responsible for merchandising the space
