Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer (Fresher) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technical sales and eager to build a career in the industrial and hydraulic equipment industry. The selected candidate will receive product training and work closely with senior sales professionals to develop business opportunities across various industries.

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential customers.
• Visit industrial customers to understand their requirements and promote our hydraulic products.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams to ensure timely customer support.
• Meet assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
• Travel to customer sites across India as required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn technical products.
• Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Automobile, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
