Location: - Pune and outskirts
Local language and local area knowledge too.
Salary- Max 6 LPA(55K in hand)
Should have own Vehicle and license
Good Communication : Marathi, Hindi and English

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer to drive technical sales and provide product solutions to customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent sales skills, and the ability to understand client requirements. This role involves business development, technical presentations, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.

Convert inquiries into technical demonstrations, proposals, and sales.
Technical Consultation & Client Engagement

Understand customer requirements and provide customized technical solutions.

Conduct product presentations, demos, and site visits.

Work closely with engineering teams to provide accurate solutions to clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closure

Prepare and present competitive quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to finalize deals.

Ensure smooth handover of projects to installation & support teams.
Market Research & Reporting

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product developments.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.

Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns.
