Designation: Sales Executive - Call Center.

Job Description:

* Effective Communications, fluency in English is a must
* Good at listening and convenience skills
* Willingness to learn
* Good at writing and reading ability in order to capture customer interactions accurately
* Data entry skills
* Bilingual/Multi-lingual is an advantage : English, Hindi, Marati, Gujarati, Kannada, Tamil
* Hands on experience in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
* Flexible with Shift Timings
* Punctual to work
* Patience in nature, aggressive in terms of performance , result oriented
* meeting the targets within deadlines
* 'Customer first' thought process , going extra mile for elevating customer experience
* Strong follow-up skills
* Good Team Player, leadership skills
* Achieving the targets , ability to understand and explain the challenges in real time.

Job Responsibilities:

* To convert the leads into successful sales
* place customer orders in the computer system
* Capture customer interactions, Provide product and service information to customers
* Support in achieving business goals
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails
* Management and resolve customer complaints
* Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
* Process orders, forms, and application
* Upsell products and services
* Complete call logs and reports
* Other duties as assigned.
