Job Responsibilities: As a Broadband Sales Executive in the telecom industry you will directly sell broadband
internet services to new and existing customers, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer
relationships. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales deals
while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identifying new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
• Conducting product or service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.
• Identify and target potential customers for broadband services.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Must-have:
• A degree in sales or marketing or any related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2C sales with same Telecom ISP Industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
