Job Description
Position Overview
A Sales Executive – IT is responsible for promoting, selling, and managing IT products and solutions offered by the company. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering customized IT solutions to help clients achieve their business goals.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, technical knowledge of IT products and services, and the ability to convert leads into successful business deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Research and analyze the IT market to identify prospective customers and emerging trends.

Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and prospects.
2. Client Relationship Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

3. Product and Solution Selling

4. Sales Negotiation and Closure

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with the technical, pre-sales, and marketing teams to deliver effective solutions.

6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

7. Reporting and Documentation
