We are looking for candidates from Sales Background. Below mentioned is our requirement:-

  • Freshers from good MBA colleges= 2.4 Lacs CTC + Upfront  Incentives/Perks
  • 1-3 years of exp  into Real Estate / Bank/ Insurance/ any other sector but must be from sales background = 2.4 Lacs - 3.5 Lacs CTC  + Upfront  Incentives/Perks
  • 3+ year of experience into Real Estate / Bank/ Insurance/ any other sector but must be from sales background = 3.5 Lacs - 5 Lacs + Upfront  Incentives/Perks.

  • Ambitious, Customer Oriented - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by briefing them about projects and understanding their needs along with arrangement of site visits
  • Self Motivator & Self Initiator . Ability to Lead, motivate and guide the team for maximum output.
  • Build and able to independently manage team of 5-7 Sales Executives, having good experience in real estate.
  • Plan the entire marketing campaign of the new projects coming in Gurgaon and South of Gurgaon.
  • Getting an update from the team, regarding monthly plan for completing the targets. Responsible for achieving monthly target of team
  • Taking Control of the entire Marketing and Sales and fulfilling Management expectations             .
  • Proposing the Monthly Budget Spent on various promotional activities. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Arrange site visit for the clients, as and when required (with team's support)
  • Getting update on Daily basis from team and evaluate the team performance on Monthly/quarterly basis
  • Take care of corporate presentations, proposals and approach papers for the customer/Corporates.
  • Tie-up with the corporate clients who are seeking for the property. (Train Sales Executives with entire knowledge of the Real Estate Market)
  • Provide profile of the builders to the clients.
  • Ensure detailed study of the area.
  • Handover the detail to the concerned head.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales / revenue targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new projects and competition status
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
