Job Description
- To get business as per the approved business plan for the branch
- To be responsible for sales promotion activities in his assigned territories
- To identify and follow-up with prospective customers and respond to enquiry calls within a specific time period
- To maximize the conversion of enquiries into orders
- To ensure all renewals
- To keep a close eye on the developments & business opportunities in his territory
Customer Service
- To ensure the quality of service delivery
- To maintain good liaison with the customers
- To prepare reports & submit the same on time to the customers
- To attend to complaints & logically conclude them
- To conduct a detailed inspection at the client's site
- To prepare quotations for the customers through the ERP
- To give a report of customer feedback to the Branch Manager and collection of Appreciation Letter from RBU/CBU
