Job Description
- To identify and generate Sales opportunities through cold calling, references, internal database
- To maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- To engage in superior customer service by making information readily available
- To brand the company in respect with the services
- To demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
- To schedule appointments and meetings as necessary
- To answers questions from clients
- To make product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
- To researche client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
- To create a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
