Designation: Membership counsellor

 Job Description:

•  The Membership Counsellor is responsible for promoting and selling
  
• Memberships to potential new members and selling Renewals /upgrades to current club Members. 
• Promoting & selling club services to current club members.

•  Generating prospective customers for club. (walk in or telephonic or referrals)
•  Follows up on all prospects by using established sales systems
•  Conduct gym tours using established sales systems
•  Conduct telephone inquiries using established sales systems
•  Establish and tie-ups in the club locality community on a monthly basis
•  Complete all formalities of a member that joins / transfers / renews his membership
•  Making sales calls to all potential customers. (Enquiry, trials, renewals etc.)

•  Good communication skills.
•  Computer Knowledge is must.
•  Should be presentable
•  Projects a polished, professional image at all times..
•  Participates in all scheduled meetings as directed by the Manager & Directors
•  Maximum Experience: Up to 5 Years
