Job Description
- Position – Sales Exectuvie / Business Development Executive
- Location – Bangalore
- Business Development Manager’s prime responsibility is to help business grow and attain defined financial objective.
- His priority is to acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones.
- He should be fluent in communication and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
- He should be adept in handling customer queries and addressing them, database handling
- Deliver Business Growth and Financial Objectives.
- Pitching PhDhi services to clients.
- Identifying new sales leads and maintain existing one.
- Maintain and Update client database.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with new and existing customers.
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential markets.
- Contacting potential clients (organizations / individuals / etc) via email, phone or in person to develop business prospects and close sales.
- Conduct road shows and advertisement campaigns to develop business.
- Visits to key customer base points on regular basis (as discussed with higher management).
- Updating and maintaining the client database for his zone. He is prime responsible on the sanctity and authenticity of the database of his zone.
- Manage and oversee blogs and related feature functionalities related to his zone.
- He should update the customer database on daily basis or as per business requirement
- Design, Plan and Deliver market expansion strategies across potential customers in his territory.
- Prepare and deliver presentations at prospective customer sites.
- Periodically updating existing customers on product development or feature enhancements via calls, emails, in person contacts.
- Run email campaigns on his potential and existing customer.
- Attending seminars, conferences and industry events which are suitable for business expansion.
- Provide management with Feedback - Researching and understanding needs of industry and individuals and market trends.
- He should share regular inputs to top management to upgrade service quality and features keeping future trends and requirements in mind.
- Develop and provide Quotes and Proposal (if necessary)
- Should be willing to travel to outstation.

- Fluent and smooth communicator.
- Good in presentation skills and IT skills (MS office, etc)
- Socially adept and Strong People Management Skills (clients)
- High objective driven and attention to details
- Keen eye on market trends and understand new business opportunities
- Adept to changing business environment and business trends.
- Time management and Project Prioritization Skills
- Bachelors or Masters in any stream can be considered for this post.
