Job Description
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area by setting up the entire chain of distributor/dealer/channel partnership.
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.- Sales revenue generation position; must have the ability to meet high growth targets
- Generate maximum revenue from the region.
- Maintain good relations with regional distributors/dealers/ channel partners.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned distributor/ dealer/ channel partner accounts.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned distributor/ dealer/ channel partner.
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Manages potential channel conflicts with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to rules of engagement.
- Ensures compliance with agreements
