Job Description
1. Explaining products with client
2. Understanding the client requirement thereby creating a pre-requirement sheet
3. Converting sales from initial meetings to closing sales
4. Co-creating a business strategy for the client organization
5. Delivering flexible, fit-for-purpose operating models to meet the client's unique business needs and culture goals
6. Using considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems
7. Ideating with clients to identify and analyze complex business challenges
8. Supporting the development of M2M solutions and consulting capabilities, including market insights and business case modeling, as well as providing technical solutions to customers
9. Installing at the client site

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
Fresher will be hired as a trainee for 6 months which will be a part of a Job. Remunerations during the training period will be INR. 10,000.00 per month + Travel remuneration (public transport). Post successful completion of training the CTC will be INR.2.6 to 3.2 LPA (targeted annual remuneration).
Post 6 months training there is one-year compulsory service bound for candidates and they ought to abide by the same.
