Job Description
- Good communication, writing, interpersonal and client service skills.
- Determining client’s needs and financials abilities to propose solution that suit them
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Making appointments and showing Client around a property
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
- Responsible for sales & Marketing activity (including but not limited to field work)
- Good Team Player, MIS, Reports, Idea Generation, Market Research and strategy building
- Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively and following up sales leads to generate sale.
- Responding to Client enquiries.
- Proper diligence before visiting the site with the clients.
- Should have patiently handling the queries
- Must have presentation skill.
- Should have co-ordination with every department.
