Job Description
- Job Title: Sales Consultant

- The position requires the candidate to coordinate with the presales team to establish contact with the customers.
- Thereafter creating a success stories and providing a first class sales service to the customer and the company as well.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with the premium builders in Thane.
- Coordinating with the presales team and following up with the leads provided.
- Taking the appointment of the customers and visiting the sites with the customers.
- Understanding and analyzing customer’s demand. Answering the queries and providing suggestions in most appropriate manner.
- Bringing the customer to closure and gradually closing the deal by completing all the legal and monetary formalities.
