Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and target potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

Create customized sales proposals and negotiate terms and pricing.

Sales Targets and Performance:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager or Director.

Track and monitor sales activities and performance against targets.

Regularly report on sales performance and market feedback to management.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster customer loyalty.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries, providing support, and ensuring satisfaction.

Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure product satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Sales Process and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and deal progress in CRM systems.

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to the Sales Manager.

Handle contracts, sales documentation, and any necessary administrative tasks related to the sales process.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and execution.

Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams about customer needs and preferences.

Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns to support sales efforts.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively sell and position offerings.

Participate in sales training programs to enhance sales skills and techniques.

Stay informed about competitor products and market conditions to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
