Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to convert leads into customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and referrals to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and track sales progress.
3. Negotiation & Deal Closing:
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Ensure smooth transaction processing and after-sales support.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights for product/service improvements.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management.
