Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused, with a passion for sales and client engagement.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to meet targets, and the confidence to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, digital platforms, and referrals.

Qualify leads and follow up on inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or existing customer referrals.

Schedule meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose solutions.
2. Sales & Client Acquisition:

Promote and sell the company’s products/services to existing and new customers.

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to the client's requirements.

Understand client pain points and offer solutions that meet their needs.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements to close deals.
3. Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Provide after-sales support and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner.

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
4. Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Report sales activity and progress to the Sales Manager.

Analyze personal performance and strive for continuous improvement.
5. Market Knowledge & Reporting:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Gather and share customer feedback and market insights with the marketing and product teams.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales data in CRM software or tracking systems.
